The Exonian which is popular with students and sports fans, is now up for sale after operating for six years. The Exonian, located on Fore Street, has been listed with a guide price of £550,000. However, no statement of notice of closure has been announced.
The bar, which is owned by the major UK-based operator, Stonegate replaced the previous Walkabout pub and restaurant in November 2017.
The building spans five floors, including trading areas, private accommodation, and a roof terrace, and currently holds permission to function as a pub, bar, or nightclub.
