Active Users

Nytlyf learned that on average club-goers went out twice per month.

Therefore I monitored nyt lyf’s current 14 day active users (14DAU) and found that despite nyt lyf has carried out (1) zero marketing outside of isolated trials, (2) the current download process is not well known and (3) the app only displayed 3 recurring clubnights, nyt lyf is already experiencing 100 14DAU.

Nyt lyf was designed and built by me, an Aberdonian college student who likes music and drinking.

Since I started working on this project I have learned that Aberdeen has so much more night life opportunities than I had anticipated.

The original app was only supposed to focus on bars drink offers and recurring events like Quizzes or cheap mid-week cocktails, however, due to the feedback I have received (mostly that people don’t know what’s actually on) I want to divert that focus towards Aberdeen’s bangin’ music scene.

If your interested in having your venue listed or club night shared please get in touch, there are zero charges and no catch.
